Sustainable Battery Management

At Livfast, we are committed to sustainability and environmental responsibility. As part of the BMHR Project initiated by the Government of India, we strictly adhere to the rules and regulations set by the Ministry of Environment and Forests under the Batteries (Management and Handling) Rules, 2001. Livfast has established used battery collection centres across India, enabling the safe collection, recycling, and disposal of batteries.

True to our “Green Earth” belief, we use recycled lead to manufacture new batteries, reducing waste and conserving resources. Our used battery collection centres not only purchase used batteries from customers but also ensure they are transported safely to our recycling facilities. The lead recycling process we follow is environmentally friendly and fully compliant with the guidelines of the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) and State Pollution Control Boards, ensuring minimal environmental impact and supporting our efforts to reduce pollution.
