1. Definitions
Certain words hereunder have a specific meaning and are explained below:
1.1 Registration: means application from You to avail services being offered by the Company hereunder
1.2 Use: means usage of the Service as being offered by the Company hereunder
1.3 User: shall mean a person (You) who agrees to these Terms and Conditions for availing Our Services but excludes Commercial Establishments and referred to as You, “Your” hereunder)
2. Use of Service
2.1 A registered user may place a call or visit the website for any brand’s service request or replacement. The user’s request shall be captured and serviced on priority thereafter first Livfast Consumer-Service/Replacement Offer through Company’s call centre followed by immediate service once the area opens (“Service”).
3. Term
3.1 A user may avail the Services provided he has registered between the 25th of April, 2020 and the 31st of May, 2020, subject to acceptance of Terms and Conditions contained herein and, will remain valid, subject to applicable Terms and Conditions
4. Service
4.1 The services provided are in accordance with the Law.
4.2 Service will be available for those customers who have registered their service request in-between 25th April 2020 to 31st May 2020.
4.3 Call Centre shall remain operational from 8am to 8pm.
4.4 Assigned Technical Expert will get in touch with you before site visit or assist you before site visit.
4.5 All attempts shall be made to resolve your request in best possible time based on your servicing area situation.
4.6 For Car Battery, Company will facilitate in Battery Testing, Replacement if life over, Preventive maintenance and Jump Start.
4.7 For Inverter & Solar Battery, Company will facilitate in Battery Testing, Replacement if life over & Preventive maintenance.
4.8 Site Visit charges shall be INR. 150 (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty only) Company will not be responsible / accountable if site visit is not immediately possible or permissible as the case may be.
5. Indemnity
5.1 The User shall indemnify and hold Company harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, judgment, losses, damages, cost and expenses, asserted against Company by any person or entity, which results from any cause attributable to the negligence or deliberate act of the User.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
6.1 The use and provision of services will be governed and construed under the laws of India.
6.2 The Service being of an all India nature, the courts at New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes, differences, claims, actions and proceedings pertaining to the use of services.
